Customer Service Manager

With over 15 years of customer service experience, Donald O'Callaghan manages the customer service department, striving to build and maintain client relationships on behalf of Thrace-LINQ. He also serves as the primary point of contact for all post-sale activities with distributors of geotextile and agrotextile fabrics. Prior to his current position, Donald served as Operations Manager for ICF Industries, LLC (2005-2007) and Customer Service Manager for Robison-Anton Textile Company (2000-2005).
