Position Description:
Serves as primary point of contact for post-sale B2B activities with distributors of geotextile and agrotextile technical fabrics.
Duties:
This position serves
as the primary point of contact for the all post-sale B2B activities with
distributors of geotextile and agrotextile technical fabrics.
Manages the overall relationship with the customer from an operations
perspective, including maintaining customer profile, establishing the appropriate
expectations for customers, sales order processing and conducting service
reviews to monitor and improve relationships.
Demonstrates Account management experience through direct and regular
communication with customers by setting up customer meetings and
conference calls with sales team members to address quickly customer
concerns and maintain healthy business relationships.
Supervises two customer service coordinators.
Prepares sales promotional literature, including product samples.
Working closely with the material handling and purchasing teams for inventory
control.
Gathers information to educate Quality Assurance and Sales teams on product
issues.
Records all requests into a CRM system.
Requirements:
BS/BA
degree, or commensurate 6+ yrs relevant experience in Account Management,
Project Management and relationship management, with exposure.
Proven solid account management and relationship building experience
in a service related industry required.
Proven project management skills and planning experience is necessary
along with overall technical aptitude.
Candidate must be highly organized, professional and articulate,
with emphasis on problem solving and issue resolution.
Excellent telephone etiquette.
Knowledge of MS Office Suite and Oracle suggested.
